Marsha returned my call and greeted me as though I was an old friend. She was warm, funny, and understanding. I live out state but wanted to hire their services to clean a local family member’s apartment. She paid close attention to my explanation about my Dad’s needs and potential concerns. Marsha read back what she heard and assured me that her team would provide the utmost care and attention. She made my first interaction with the company a memorable experience.
