We had a group of four who tried your restaurant this afternoon 8/13/22..I have personally spent alot of time in a restaurant in my life cooking and serving food and have experience with seafood...We walked in and was immediately greeted and seated in a professional welcoming way..Our waitress went above and beyond and was amazing...When I looked at the paper menu in front of me,first thing I noticed was prices was almost double what was listed online on website,disappointed at the false advertising...I Love sweet tea,but honestly that by far was the worst I have ever tasted,watered down and bland...Alligator we was served was the smallest pieces I have ever seen,not much flavor...3 of us in our group had the boiled cajun platter..When it was brought to our table I was in shock..The smell was horrible and the taste even worst and very small portions..The boiled shrimp shells were...

Food took forever then it was cold, food had no seasoning it will be last time to go

We absolutely enjoy Cajun Boilers and look forward to our visit. PLEASE update your info and banner outside building. Too many times we have driven to the restaurant to find it is closed. So disappointing then another restaurant receives our business only because we made the drive.

I understand being short staffed is an issue right now, but 2 hours during non-peak hours was a bit excessive. We ordered a combo for 2 and asked for the crawfish to be left off, did not ask for a substitute and knew the cost would be the same. Got our food, crawfish on the tray. Didn't send it back as we had already waited over an hour. The shrimp was so over cooked it was next to impossible to peel. Crab legs were soggy and possibly cooked with the crawfish. Corn had no flavor. Hushpuppies and potatoes were ok. Waitress was very pleasant. This was the 2nd visit and it wasn't better than the 1st.

I have never been treated so badly in my life I used to love this place now the parking lot is the only good thing about it

Great service but the menu and food was terrible. When we went there was no crawfish so half the menu was no available and apparently you can’t substitute anything at all for the crawfish The food came out cold and even after I took a bite off the food the waitress took it back and microwave it and brought it back. The waitress was nice and apologized but no manager or owner came out. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Food could’ve been better hush puppies over cooked baked potato was over cooked for what they charged I was not happy

Just left Cajun Broiler before even being seated. From the time I walked in the door it was beyond rude! We had being looking forward to one of our favorite restaurants all week with my daughter returning from college but could not handle the service at the front door. Will not be back.

First time at Cajun Boilers. Drove from Tulsa, OK just to eat here. So let's get it done! First we scarfed fried Crab Claws, AWESOME! Then boiled Crab Claws, FANTABULOUS! Then, fried Oysters, again GREAT! Followed up with Crawdad Combo (Crawdad Etouffee and Fried Crawdads) - THE ULTIMATE!! WE WILL BE BACK! The BEST Service on TOP! What a perfect place!
