Overall, our experience with Two Men and A Truck was excellent. Rafael and Ramon packed the requested items very efficiently and well, spending a long day with only a short lunch break. The next day, the crew of 7, under Rafael's direction, were equally hard-working, efficient, and effective in loading and unloading the two trucks. All of our valuables, including my grandmother's good china, arrived in good condition. The crew complied with suggestions and took care in both houses to not do damage or get anything dirty.
The process began with an experienced estimator, who answered questions promptly as the move date approached, and adjusted the initial estimate in light of the packing and preparing we had been able to do ourselves. The office staff were also pleasant and helpful, and all around communication before, during, and after the move was excellent.
