I've been impressed with the office team's responsiveness and politeness in coordinating my move and answering my questions. I needed a uhaul truck to be unloaded and the two workers did a great job. They came early and did an efficient job getting a 3 bedroom out of the truck into my new place. Nothing was broken and i was very happy with the service. Would recommend anyone to hire this company again Read more >

Prior to actual move Mr. Scott Greene came to our place and checked all that had to be moved and guided us as to what needed to be emptied and what could go as is. Explained that when the movers will come they will wrap every item in safety blankets, large TVs will go in boxes and mattresses will be in plastic bags. Gave us an estimate for number of hours and cost.
On agreed day and TIME two persons arrived in a truck- Mr. Terrence and Mr. Dallas. Terrence reviewed the moving process with us and explained how they will move our furniture and made us sign some papers. They took a walk of the house with us and checked all that had to be moved. Shaquan and Magdalena went above and beyond helping me move from N.C. To D.C.. They were amazingly fast, super friendly, professional, and graciously helpful. I was still packing when they arrived, and still, within two hours, they were done and ready to go. I cannot thank them enough!
