For over 25-years, I made timely premium payments on a home & auto policy with West Bend Mutual Insurance and NEVER filed a claim against the policy, but my policy was non-renewed.
Although I have maintained a great CBR and possess a CDL with NO violations or accidents over 25+ years, my policy was non-renewed.

I have been with BWO for a very long time. I have been dealing with Matt who was most recently rude, unhelpful and flat out condescending. I have never heard of having to have your spouse listed AND rated on your insurance policy. Why would I have to pay for my husband who has his own policy and drives his own car?! Besides that, my car insurance went up almost $100 a month for no reason other than him saying it's because I drive a Hyundai. Paying $200 a month for car insurance is insane. I found a better policy that was I was able to get for under $100 a month so I dropped this insurance and left BWO. I sent him an email and he asked me to confirm that I wanted to cancel which is exactly what I did. I then find that I have been charged and my policy was never cancelled!!! I emailed him again and he said I had to sign a form which was never sent to me or instructed for me to do so! I...
