I was referred to BWO when my insurance agent retired. I had called my original insurance company and found the phone was changed to BWO's number. I was calling because I had had the same insurance for several years and their bills were too high. I spoke with an agent on Monday, July 27, 2015 at BWO. I was told they had sent out a letter introducing themselves and would be handling my account. I explained that I had never received one. The agent did not offer me another letter. She said she would check my records, since they were all transferred to her office, and call me back with a quote. I asked her how long that was going to take and she said two to three days.
