I was very excited to find someone with the same mindset of teaching his customers about insurance, making sure they understand what they need and explaining things. Greg’s customer service is outstanding. His communication was terrific both through email and by phone. I left 2 different insurance companies in the last year solely on horrible customer service with no follow through. If a horrible situation arises and I need to use one of my insurance coverages, I need to have confidence that I will be getting the service and compassion to help me through the bad time as smoothly as possible.
