My wife and I had been customers for a while,
but after they fumbled my requests for 3 months, it was clearly time to move on. After my wife passed away. I tried unsuccessfully apparently to change my insurance through BWO. Matt was never around. Everyone else said they can help. The first time I received "help" they asked for the name on the policy to verify to keep everything else on the insurance but remove my wife from the insurance. They said they took care of it, so the next month comes, still charged the same rate. I call back and start asking more questions. They make up some phony excuses; it wasn't filed, then it was need a signature or a digital signature. Month number 3, charged again in full, I finally get told I couldn't have ever called to cancel the account in the first place because my wife was the primary.
