Both of my children attended BOJ Mechanicsville.

First week my 2 year old was getting bit multiple times a day even after we asked them to seperate our child from the one causing the biting. One bite mark is still there after multiple months later.

Anytime someone came down with covid were expected to leave our jobs immediately to pick up our children and still expected to pay while they quarantine. While my wife stays home and also loses her paycheck to watch them. We've lost thousands of dollars of income due to this. Also happened multiple times.

I've picked up my child covered in urine from head to toe because they failed to change his diaper. His shirt, pants and shoes were soaken wet.

Bundle of Joy is fine until you have a concern you want addressed and then it all goes South. There was a concern with my child's safety and well being, when we tried to resolve it it literally took 4 weeks to be able to have a discussion with anyone. Since it took so long I filed a formal complaint, after a formal complaint was given Bundle of Joy would not let us pay for our children's after school tuition. When we finally pinned them against the wall and asked if our children were going to be accepted for after school they said yes, took our money, cashed our check and we were under the impression that everything was fine, the problem was resolved and we were good to go. Yesterday (August 24, 2021) we get a phone call stating that there is actually no room for our children and we will have to find a new afterschool program (mind you school starts in 13 days) I don't find it to be a...

Both of our children attend Bundle of Joy Bell creek since May 2019. Our daughter loves her teacher. She is loving, clam and redirects children for a positive learning experience. Our son is in the after school program his teacher goes way out and beyond for her students. As a parent it is very hard to go to work, and not worry about your children. Daily we know our children are well taken care of and in a positive nurturing learning environment. The office staff also knows each child by name and greets them daily!!

The directors and teachers are amazing!! We have been going there since 2012 and I can’t imagine anyone else caring for my babies. They have educational curriculums and clean classrooms while also using software to provide parents with timely, daily updates on their children. I highly recommend this establishment and would schedule a tour immediately if you are in need of the best possible childcare for your little ones!

My family toured every daycare in the area but once we met Terry and her team - we didn’t consider anywhere else. My son loves his teachers - Ms Tasha and Ms Porscha! BOJ takes the best care of our son and also provides us with update, pictures and even videos! We love BOJ Bell Creek!
