I love BOJ bell creek. I can’t praise this location enough. As a mother of two children an 8 soon to be 9 year old and a 10 month old premature baby I wouldn’t trust the care of my children to any other establishment. My son has been enrolled at bell creek sense he was about 3 months old. The first month of his life he was still in the nicu so as anyone can imagine I was apprehensive about the level of care he would be receiving when it came time for me to return to work. His teachers and the directors have gone above and beyond when it comes to his care wether it’s administering his medicine, or some extra lovings n snuggles. As for my daughter her teachers are always engaging and playful, very helpful with homework which has been nothing short of a God send. I’ve worked at bundle for almost 8 months now and I couldn’t be more happy and thankful for everyone and everything! there is nothing but laughter and joy 🩷

This place is a revolving door of teachers, or at least the afternoon ones. The morning teachers are wonderful, I have nothing but positive things to say about them. When I would drop off my child I had a sense of security. When I would pick them up you didn't know what you were going to walk into. The front staff (director, other teachers) were unprofessional, they always had the kids outside, and the teachers would congregate in one area and not watch the kids. When you would pick them up kids would be watching ipads in the rooms, and the kids were on the tables. That place is very unprofessional, and that starts with the director. Accountability was never taken, it was always an excuse if an issue was brought to their attention, or it would be the parent's fault. The younger teachers would roam the halls, hang out at the front desk, talk about inappropriate things, and act like...

Our child really likes it there. Most teachers are very nice. We feel very safe sending our kid everyday. Communication from front desk could be a little better, but has greatly improved over the last few weeks. Overall a nice place.

BOJ, the tour was very misleading. The Director seemed so positive and knowledgeable. The room was bright and cheery. That turned south pretty quickly. The staff at the desk, including the Director would ignore anyone coming in. Not even a smile or a good morning. The teacher turnover is AWFUL! At least 6 turnovers within 6 months. Not only that but most of the teachers in this room didn't even acknowledge a kid coming in. The final straw for me was coming in with no teachers for the classroom. The kids were outside, with cafeteria staff pitching in. There was no routine after the original teacher left. No one to talk to about behaviors that were occuring, because the same teacher was never around to explain what happened. I have been working at BOJ Bell Creek for 2 + years . It's a fun place to work and keeps me very busy. I work with the infants and love it. I have at least 15 years of experience with children and enjoy it very much ❤️
