Building Kidz of Chandler

Going back to work for me was so scary. I didn’t want to just leave our daughter with anyone. I spent a lot of time touring and researching daycares in the area. The day we took a tour at Building Kidz of Chandler, my husband and I knew this was the one! Miss Ara is so friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions and still does, always making us feel comfortable and at ease. Our daughter LOVES going to “school” here and we love the level of attention she receives here. The app is so nice to see what she is doing throughout her day, the pictures and videos make my heart happy. All of the teachers treat my daughter like their own. Everyone is so kind and caring. We are so happy with our decision and highly recommend them to everyone we meet!

My son was a 4 year old there and really growing and developing well. Unfortunately, they blamed a fence or something gouging my son's back. It was clearly the fingernails of an adult, though.

We've used Building Kidz for over three years and loved all the different classes including before and after school care. Such a kind staff and it feels like a second home for our little one with her teachers. Would definitely recommend.

My 5 yo son has been attending this facility and was recently scratched repeatedly on the face by another child, we’re not taking surface scratches, he is scarred on his face and was bleeding. My son asked what he did wrong for the kid to scratch him? I understand kids fight, but where was the call to me? Why was I not notified immediately like his mother was (we are separated)? When I questioned one of the workers at the front desk(Seems to be a manager or lead teacher), she was not only condescending but talked to me as if I didn’t deserve to know what’s going on. She stated that each parent would be noticed on their custody days. An excuse to pass the blame on policy, first off you have no idea of what custody days are mine and second handing off the responsibility to someone...

Choosing Building Kidz School for my child is the best decision I have ever made. It have been several months since my kid was enrolled here. There are so many good things to mention about this school. First of all, the school is clean and sanitized very often, so no bad smell. Second, teachers love and take care the kids like their own kids. Third, owner and director are friendly and caring. Fourth, there is a cafeteria on site, so foods are made fresh daily for our kids. The cook has food handler card. Healthy menu. Fresh vegetables and fruits daily. The school also uses Brightwheel app to keep parents updated about the kids including potty report, photos, meals report, etc. Parents will get at least two photos per day. There are music and dance classes every week at no extra cost. Fifth, the tuition fee is reasonable and affordable. The school offers siblings discount, single...

So while needing to find a great daycare sooner rather than later for my little first timer, we came across this establishment. We had asked about live cameras for us to view and were told yes there was, that we would be updated all day and sent pictures of activities being done, etc. After starting we quickly learned um well we couldn’t see live cameras... which we were like okay maybe the question was just not understood and decided to still try it out. At pick up each day, it seemed as if the teachers were in such a rush to leave and get out of there. Just picking things up and not acknowledging the child/parent. Some days we didn’t receive pictures on the app and had to message teachers on multiple occasions for an update as far as what our child ate, if a nap was taken, how he was doing. Which I understand there’s multiple kids and sometimes things get hectic... but I was told...
