Buckworth Roofing LLC was an exceptional company to work with. My experience began with Dillion Smith who was professional, friendly and prompt. Of the 4 estimates I obtained, Buckworth was the only company to provide me a good, better, and best option estimate. I settled on the better option of GAF Timberline HDZ asphalt 3D shingles with stick and seal barrier(upgrade over black fabric sheeting). Dillion also coordinated the replacement of my gutters. The office manager Theresa was also professional and friendly. She assisted me with my appointment, billing and warranty information. Easy to see why they have so many five star ratings. I was very pleased with price, the crew they sent out, and everybody I spoke with at the company. Dillion came out promptly and gave a couple of options for materials and explained the value of each and the warranty implications. The price quoted was the best of the four companies I spoke with. The crew did a great job, was very pleasant and respectful of my property, meticulous with the installation, and did a thorough cleanup afterward. The city inspector was very thorough and said he was impressed with the quality of the work. I had new gutters put up afterward and that company also was very complimentary.
