Alana was assigned to service our home and she was simply outstanding! We've been working from home during covid 19 pandemic + 2 cats trying to manage everything including light maintenance & cleaning to limit service providers having to come in and ou . Alana was on time, very professional & courteous, sensitive to my requests in light of the pandemic, thorough, and efficient! I can be very hard to impress, but this time I was very happy with the service. Thanks, Team, for sending Alana our way!
