Buckets & Bows Maid Service

Our tech is AWESOME! Great attention to detail and she truly cares. We love B&B!!

Buckets and Bows has been our cleaning service for several years. We couldn't be happier with them and with Kay specifically. She is always on time and does a fantastic job cleaning our house. Even our 2 dogs and 2 cats love her. The dogs have a routine of greeting her that makes me think they like her more than me. I have never had a bad cleaning by Buckets and Bows and see us using them for a long time. Thanks for the job you do for us Kay.

I used Buckets and Bows for the first time and was very impressed! I've used several cleaning services before and none of them compare to the service I just received. The ladies who came to clean, TyAngela, Tamara, Haley and Arianna all introduced themselves to me when they walked in. Nice! The actual level of cleaning was exceptional. I saw them down on the floor hand wiping baseboards, on a step stool dusting door frames, hand wiping between the spindles on the stairs and the list goes on and on. I can't wait for them to come back!

My first cleaning with Buckets & Bows didn’t go that great, but I emailed my concerns/complaints and they responded immediately asking for a redo and it went better than expected. They even sent a boss over to walk the house with me about 3/4 of the way complete which I felt was wonderful customer service. Amy cleaned today and she did a great
Job. She was professional, polite and went above and beyond to make up for what was missed previously. I’m definitely requesting Amy again ☺️

Today was my first experience with Buckets and Bows. The crew that came was professional, friendly and just amazing! My house is immaculate! I’m beyond thrilled that I found this wonderful company!!!
