I paid a 50% deposit for these people to come to my home and clean the kitchen, they were supposed to arrive today between 11-1. NO SHOW!! I called and 1:15 pm and again at 2:30pm looking for my crew. If you live in Coppell, TX, Southlake, TX, then this service is a RIP OFF!!!
As of 3pm today, No one has called me back, no one has showed up to clean, no one has called to apologize and most importantly no one has offered my money back. The ladies who answer the phone have zero knowledge, they are glorified message takers and you get a different person each time. The last one had the Gaul to tell me that message is going to the sales team and that the sales team dispatches their housekeepers. No wonder they are not successful if they are responsible for sales and dispatch all at the same time. I will be filing fraud charges with my bank!
