The whole team is super polite, respectful, do a thorough job, and are in and punctual. When we had recurring service it was the same person each time so she was super familiar with our home. Great group of people!!!

BEST day of the month is when BBMS cleans my home. Love! Today was above and beyond! Kay and Stephanie, you rocked! I left my groceries on the kitchen counter when I came home, completely distracted, forgetting about them. Yikes! Went immediately onto a conference call. Panicked when I remembered my groceries hours later. Found note from Stephanie and Kay saying that my groceries were in the refrig! They put them away for me. What!!
