Okay… 😍 This entire team has been amazing from the get go! For starters, the front desk team (Mandi & Sarah) are so welcoming and helpful. I’ve had to reschedule a few times because of external circumstances with work and every. Single. Time. They’re more than willing to work with me. Not only that, but Mandi has been awesome at informing and helping me figure out the best plan of action for my teeth health!!
On top of that, Dr.Max and his hygienist, Olivia, are amazing!! I’ve never really been much of a fan of going to the dentist, and typically those cleaning can be painful but I have been so pleasantly surprised at how painless my experiences have been. Olivia is gentle with my teeth and gums, & patient and understanding when I need a minute. She’s also just super great and makes you feel insanely at ease and comfortable in the chair. This place is amazing. Dr. Maxey is so personable and warm. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease every time. 10 out of 10.

Dr. Buchwald is a good dentist, but his office does not seem to understand that they can't charge more than your insurance allows for the procedures. Actually this would be called insurance fraud, but they don't seem to be afraid of that. So be sure you insist they check with your insurance before you pay them anything above what your insurance company allows.

Dr. Max is the absolute best dentist I have ever seen. Dr. Max was able to diagnose a problem over the phone and thoroughly confirm his diagnosis when I arrived having never seen me before as a new patient he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and solve my problem. FYI - Another dentist was unable to diagnose the problem for almost 7 months. Kris was probably one of the best dentist assistant (sorry if I have the title incorrect) as well. She was efficient, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I live over an hour and a half from the office and this has now become my family's dentist.

Shady office. Hygienist was the best! But it’s something about not knowing what I’m paying for that doesn’t set right with me. I will only go here for my cleanings. Not for dental work!

I’ve been waiting months for my refund due to Cherly over charging me and my wife. and she is no longer there so when I call no one knows what the hell I am talking about, I canceled my appointment after my wife complained for weeks of pain after having her fillings done

I’ve never seen such high turn over rate! The assistant Chris is the only one there that I actually know who is amazing. If it’s not covered by your insurance don’t have it done I just want my refund and they will never see or hear from my family and I again!!!!!!!
