Adam was responsive to our two-homes project in the beginning - went and saw them, had one review phone call w/a revised bid to come. MIA. I see the review from a year ago with a similar MIA response. As a fellow business owner, customer service, time management and trust is huge. Adam, do yourself a favor and go get the book E-Myths. I think you’re trying to do it all and things are crumbling from the weight. At least the mental pressures should be. Things will only get worse if not corrected. I really thought ~15k was enough to at least move things forward. Obviously it’s not. 2 weeks later, multiple emails and voicemail messages later and Still waiting on our final response to moving this project forward.

Brookside Landscape and Design came up with a wonderful plan for my backyard including a water feature that I absolutely love. Adam listened to my likes and dislikes, then designed an attractive, functional plan. His crew arrived every morning at the same time, worked diligently all day and left on time in the afternoon, after cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend Brookside Landscape and Design!
