Brite Turf

My first communication with Brite Turf was with Cristy over text. She was very responsive and helpful. It was so easy to get my questions answered and to schedule an appt to clean the artificial turf in our side yard. The morning of the appt, Enrique arrived with a smile and friendly words and got right to work. Every interaction was polite and respectful. He worked diligently through the processes that Brite Turf uses to remove the urine and feces odors from our foster dogs and puppies. When he was finished, he explained the steps and informed me that the smell might get worse initially, but then would be gone. Well, I have not caught a whiff of any old urine or feces smell at all and my nose thanks him and Brite Turf! I LOVE Brite Turf because my grass is so clean now! I’m so happy with the work done on my yard. Enrique showed up and was very professional and thorough. He explained the process and helped me understand how to better maintain it moving forward. It needed a lot of repairs that Enrique was able to fix everything and now my son can play with his dinosaurs on the grass without me worrying about what might be there.
