My kids and I love Brighter Beginnings! It’s so warm and welcoming as soon as we walk in the door. The staff is always so sweet, they have great communication, and I know my kids are in good hands. I’m so grateful for this facility and their staff for taking such great care of them.

We enrolled our daughter at BBLC this fall and we were immediately blown away by the level of care this staff commits to. She had such a rough transition period, filled with lots and lots of crying, and we weren't really sure what to do. Miss April, Miss Whitney, Miss Sara, Miss Eryn and SO MANY others immediately jumped in to make her comfortable. They gave us tips on how to help, listened to what we thought, and meshed all the ideas together. Miss April dedicated extra bonding time (and babysat one weekend to strengthen the bond!), Miss Sara always gave her hugs at drop off to start the day strong. What started as us picking up a sad baby every afternoon pretty quickly culminated in a complete 180. I dont even know where to begin with this review. My kids attened brighter beggining for about 3 years. At first my kids were getting the care they needed and loved to be at school. Then my son started to show signs of behavioral changes. He was always getting into trouble and not listening, that was a problem. I ended up going back to school myself and pulling my kids for a few months and instantly noticed improvement in his behavior. After I graduated I decided to try BBLC again. After getting them enrolled the director was happy to inform me she recently kicked a kid out ( this kid was someone that my son would get into trouble with). I told his teachers how excited I was to bring him back because his behavior has improved so much in that short time. The teachers in my child’s classroom are very unenthusiastic. We don’t get much recaps on how they did that day unless we ask specific questions- even then the answer is usually just “good”. One time I picked up my kid and they were missing a shoe to which the teacher thinks our child threw it away. Through the transition of classrooms our kid’s water bottle was lost and other items we brought in have been as well which makes me feel some are unorganized. I’m bummed because we really liked this place for a long time but are wondering if it’s the right place for us now.

Brighter Beginnings is a wonderful place for our daughter. She is known by name and welcomed every day we drop her off. They truly care about her and it shows as she sometimes asks to go even though she is in school now.

Our little one has been with BBLC since she was 5 months old (almost 3 currently). We have really loved our experience with the teachers and staff. Our daughter is happy and thriving, eats well, has many adorable friends, and has bonded with her teachers. We feel safe dropping her off and know she's well taken care of. Any special requests we have made over the past couple years have been accommodated and we are never meant to feel bothersome when we have questions. Can't recommend BBLC enough!
