As a realtor and home flipper I did a lot of research before recommending this Home Inspector to my clients. Did you know that in Colorado Home Inspectors do not have to be licensed? Did you know that not all "Certified" Home Inspector are required to look at the whole house? That's right, some do not inspect major systems, like heating, cooling and plumbing. Some inspect the roof from the ground, if they inspect it all! Not Brick and Mortar. They inspect the whole house, all systems and give you full and complete report with pictures that is worded as not to alarm you unless it needs too. Sooo many inspectors, love to exaggerate issues so their report seems thorough when in fact all it does is scare buyers.
