Not sure who NamidaKaida is...we have never treated anyone by that name. Nor do we have any history of collecting $1000 upfront for one filling, or treating a recent college student for that matter! If this is in fact true will you please contact our office so this mystery can be solved?

The atmosphere of this office is warm and friendly, but the technique used is sorely out of date. I went here to have a few cavities filled while I was living in Phoenix for school. Not only did he preform a grossly incompetent procedure, but after the matter informed me that his office did not have an agreement with my insurance company. After paying around $1000 upfront, I was informed that I now owed an extra $1500. For a college student, this is a death sentance. If you choose to have work done here, be aware that you may be paying far more money than you want for a result that isn't even worth the filling residue that is going into your teeth. Read more >
