I have been using Denton cleaning for many years now. They have always been very thorough and efficient. I had tried a few devices before them and I found them to really be exceptional in how much attention they paid to the service they provided leaving every place they touch meticulously clean. They also have been very accommodating with my changing schedule sometimes and it always feels like you are among family in a way who want to take care of your needs. I highly recommend them.

We just had our 2 bedroom apartment deep cleaned, and HOLY COW it looks good. In addition to cleaning, they organized some of our messy areas, and folded a mountain of blankets. Highly recommend this service :)

Lucifa cleaning service is great! She was very flexible and accommodating for an emergency cleaning. She came over the same day to look at the apartment and rearranged her schedule to clean for us the following morning. She did an amazing job!

It's odd to only see good reviews of this company when I had such a horrible experience with the person who showed up 2 hrs late with no supplies and the person over the phone when I called to notify them of these two errors. I'd never recommend this service to anyone, ever! No courtesy from the supervisor. The person who showed up 2 hrs late was nice but still had no supplies. I'll be taking my business to an app which seems to be par for the course in NYC.

Update 9/30/17: After nearly six years of working with Denise and Denton Cleaning, we no longer have Denton cleaning our home. In April 2017, several pieces of estate jewelry were stolen from our home. We made a police report. The jewelry had been given to me by my recently deceased mother less than six months beforehand. Coincidentally, Denton had been cleaning the day before the jewelry was reported stolen. Denise expressed shock, condolences and concern. She however, did not choose to answer questions from the police detective assigned to the case and referred her attorney. Every member of my family and persons living in my household were interviewed by the police. But without proof (fingerprinting revealed smudges from person(s) who wore gloves, on the inside of our master bedroom cabinet, where the jewelry had been stored, and where no cleaning supplies were). Our cleaner is fast, efficient and very detailed in her cleaning of our apartment. Very happy with our service. I could not do without them.

Used Denton to do a move-out cleaning. They were professional, efficient, easy to deal with and did a fantastic job. Subsequently hired them to clean my apartment on a regular basis and again they've been great. They come in, get my home into spotless shape, and leave without any fuss. So easy to deal with!
