Well I would have had an experience with Brendan if he’d been there, but he wasn’t. Brendan is the face of his product so he should be there selling it.
Product is good. Good value for money. Great strategy and excellent marketing. On the downside, venue let him down. Not enough seating and the registration at the back of the room was very noisy and loud. Could not hear the speaker. Extremely frustrating. Speaker spoke to fast. Could have spent less time talking about his mother, and more time on the content.

One negative that was disappointing was when I went to sign up to apply and I didn’t provide my credit cards details. The guy said I won’t get a call if I don’t put my credit card details on the form. Firstly, you want me to give a decision to join the program on the spot and secondly, freely give out my credit card number (that would be kept on a random piece of paper which could be lost). I felt embarrassed and thought it was rude to put me in that position in front of other people watching on. All I wanted is to speak with someone before I commit.
