I took advantage of their first time customer discount for acupuncture since I had been curious about it and never had the procedure before. The staff on the phone for booking the appointment and at the front desk were very polite and helpful. My therapist (?) was friendly and thorough with the intake process but did not explain the process well. She might have just assumed I was experienced with the procedure. I was nervous going in as it was my first time and I was unsure about the whole process so the lack of communication did not help. Overall a good experience and I'll be going back for another treatment and a massage session as well. Read more >
