I have had customer service issues with this business when my child was taking classes/driving. Phone calls, emails, text always delayed or unanswered. I also just went on the fb page and read back and many complaints mirror my issues. One reply was very unprofessional stating the child wasn’t even a student at the school. Really!?! The reply to each FB complaint is basically justifying the actions, and the company does their best for each person. When phones aren’t answered, text/emails/voicemail messages aren’t returned, the office locked during “normal business hours”..that’s poor customer service! I hope these reviews help others.
