The classroom instruction was lacking. My student told me that the instructor spent a lot of class time talking about personal experiences that were not driving related and at times inappropriate, complained about management, did not have control of the class and added to the chaos. My student did pass the written test, so even with all the issues with the classroom instruction it did not impede from getting a passing score.

The instructors for the driving portion were good and made my student feel comfortable. However, trying to make an appointment was extremely difficult. I got lucky and found the July calendar the day it was posted so I scheduled all the lessons except one. Getting that last lesson scheduled was so difficult. Been trying to contact them of almost a week now. Class has been paid in full and I can't schedule online. They are not responding to our emails or voicemails. They never answers the phone. Will never return repeated phone calls and emails. Lot of posts on ascension parish FB pages showing this a common complaint. Do yourself a favor and find a different driving school for your kids. Read more >

After paying, does not answer phones or return calls. A group of customers waited in their office, outraged at being charged $600 for nothing 2 days ago. Owner doesn't show to his own business.
