Terrible service. Been a consistent customer for 6 years but after today’s service will never return. Update based on response from owner below. The 30+ minute wait time was inexcusable and the response from staff or lack there of was even worse. Someone should have spoken to me, apologized, or at very least provided an explanation. Recommend you schedule appointments further apart to ensure this does not happen. There were 3 employees there and no other patients so it’s not as if things were overly busy at the time.
