Brandon Eyes

All members of staff were very helpful and friendly. The optometrist was professional and far more personable than the two previous optometrists I had (in another state). The office staff was attentive, but gave me plenty of time to browse the frame selections and answer questions. New patient information was gathered in advance via e-mail. Brandon Eyes is a place that treats you as a client they want to keep, not a come-and-go customer they need to “process” as quickly as possible.

Brandon Eyes is a vast improvement over my past eye doctors. An individualized plan was created for me with long-term strategies put in place. Year to year I am now on a progression towards eye wellness with solutions tailored toward my individual needs. I would highly recommend Brandon Eyes.

I very much like Madeleine Hacker and will continue to see her for the health of my eyes and eyeglass/contact lens prescriptions. However, I will not purchase eyeglasses from Brandon Eyes again. In the past, I hadn't found frames I liked, so I took my prescription from Brandon elsewhere. This year, though, I found a pair of frames I didn't mind, so in the name of convenience, I purchased a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses at Brandon. I place a lot of blame squarely on my own shoulders for not asking to review the cost paperwork before handing over payment, as my sunglasses came with thick, heavy lenses (I have a high prescription for nearsightedness), despite ordering thin lenses for my "regular" glasses. Awesome doctor and great customer service! I brought my 12 and 9 year old sons there for their first eye exams and they left happy and excited to tell me what they learned from their eye doctor! She spoke to them age appropriately and the ladies in the front office doted on them! Totally recommend! Thank you!

Dr. Brandon is super detailed in his analysis of data gathered during visit. He seems genuinely excited about Optometry. He is well informed of new science and the unmet needs of patients. He is knowledgeable about my insurance and what is available to me, which has always been a gap…Usually the Optomitrist has no idea what’s covered under your insurance and you have to wait until you get to the receptionist and sometimes they make you research it yourself. I have had glasses since 4th grade and Dr. Brandon is the BEST

Terrible service. Been a consistent customer for 6 years but after today’s service will never return. Update based on response from owner below. The 30+ minute wait time was inexcusable and the response from staff or lack there of was even worse. Someone should have spoken to me, apologized, or at very least provided an explanation. Recommend you schedule appointments further apart to ensure this does not happen. There were 3 employees there and no other patients so it’s not as if things were overly busy at the time.

I absolutely love coming to Brandon Eyes. They always make me feel like a priority when I am there - you get their full attention throughout your appointment. Nice and quiet office and staff are always willing to answer my questions or to explain something again. Highly recommend Brandon eyes!!
