Great experience. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Brandon Eyes and Dr. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about my condition. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain and answer my questions without feeling rushed. The nice atmosphere and support staff were an additional bonus. They took care of my insurance questions and explained the billing process well. Also, I found a great pair of prescription sunglasses and found that their brands/selections were higher quality. I am very happy with the change in contact recommendation that Dr. Brandon provided as well. Overall, excellent service, knowledge and customer care.

Everyone at Brandon eyes is so welcoming, even though when you walk in it feels very fancy, no one is condescending or snooty. If you want to get the special treatment for your next eye appointment (cookie included) I highly recommend the folks at Brandon eyes, especially Dr. Aja Kimrey and Matt (who always remembers my name and makes everyone feel so welcome). The prices are higher than going to Shopko or Walmart optical but you can rest assured that you are supporting a local shop owned and operated by local people. The service is well worth the money.

Best eye exam I've had and they have great glasses as well. They actually explain why they are making their recommendation on the prescription and contact lenses. I went to daily lenses based on their recommendation and made all the difference in the world.

BEST EYE EXAM VISIT EVER! My experience was amazing. Judit was extremely helpful gathering my vision insurance information over then phone and was able to get me an eye exam the same day!! She answered all my insurance questions and told me what I was eligible for. (I didn't know on the top of my head, and I don't like reading the explanations of benefits papers.) Sarah was so friendly and humorous. She made me feel comfortable while we were getting the initial eye done. (Thanks, Sarah! I dislike the 'puff of air' test A LOT!) Dr. Kimrey was great; she was very attentive and professional; she took the time to answer all questions regarding eye prescription and health. After the exam, Sarah, was very patient and helped me chose frames that made me feel happy in. We went through almost every pair of glasses. (I'm very picky when it comes to aesthetics and quality.) Outstanding. I haven't worn contacts for years and BE was able to improve my vision more than glasses are able with Scleral contact lenses. As I understand, not many practitioners deal with this type of contact lens due to the complexity involved. BE was able to get the right lenses with 1.5 tries. Only my right eye needed a slightly different fit. Due to an eye condition I have called keratoconus which can be difficult to correct with glasses. Very happy with the results! Excellent staff! I have nothing but good words. Oh, and grab a cookie when you're there.

I was having issues with my contacts for years and constantly getting infections but was limited in ways to correct my vision because of an eye condition I suffer from. Dr. Brandon suggested a sclera lens. I was a little nervous because no other Dr I've worked with has ever mentioned them. However, I've sense learned not many doctors know how to work with these specialty contacts. This lens has my eyes feeling and seeing better than I can ever remember. Great customer service with his staff too. Both reasons why I will continue to go back.

These guys here are amazing! They really take the time to make sure that you're getting something that you love and are comfortable with. Also, they always have delicious cookies while you're waiting ;)
