Our family bought a puppy from Bow Wow Babies recently and we couldn't be happier. Lisa, the owner, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking at the Havanese breed, which is a hypoallergenic dog, since our daughter has allergies. Lisa had both my kids spend plenty of time with a Havanese pup, probably about an hour, and would not allow us to leave the store with her until she was certain that my daughter would not have an allergic reaction. I was highly impressed with her level of professionalism and honesty. Once the decision was made to bring the pup home, Lisa and her daughter, who also works at the store, both spent a great deal of time with us picking out everything from a bed, to bowls to toys. Lisa then reviewed very specific instructions regarding our first few weeks home with the new pup, and what would be covered in the first few vet visits....
