The Teacher-Entrepreneur challenge is extremely well-organised and implemented. Going through the Challenge really helped me to see the importance of having a plan and implementing it consistently, instead of on an ad hoc, hit-and-miss basis as I've done in the past.

James lays out each step extremely clearly, there is no confusion about what you're supposed to be doing or how to do it. All the templates you need are provided so you can just follow them if you want, or change them to your own wording. You do need to put in some effort, but you know exactly what to do. It took me a few months to complete the challenge, because I have some personal constraints that mean I'm not in charge of my own time. It was absolutely worth it! I learned so much information that I couldn't have put together on my own, and James' mindset videos were invaluable. I have what it takes now to start my online teaching business, and make more money than I would working for a language school.
