I am a French teacher and this course is amazing! I have been teaching on a language platform, but I really wanted to become 100% independent. This challenge not only teaches the foundation of starting a teaching business but also provides great support to help you deal with any doubts that you might have about starting a business. The team and the community are incredibly helpful and always very responsive. I was surprised to see how much James and his team really know about teachers' struggles and how to address them. They really know what they are doing and I feel a lot more confident after the challenge. The Teacher-Entrepreneur Challenge is invaluable. James does an excellent job putting the overwhelming idea of being an entrepreneur into an easy step-by-step program. Each day is a different step, and by growing your business in this fashion, everything is doable. James and his team also show you how to become adept at using social media for your business. Along with the Challenge are Mindset Sessions to help you overcome your thoughts that you can't do this, and weekly group meetings with team experts. I really enjoyed and appreciated the access to videos done by past participants who are now somewhere along in their journey. If you are thinking "Maybe..." I have learned a lot during the challenge, but most importantly I connected with other teachers and we supported each other. This kept me accountable. Also, I was able to find a client during the challenge by following the instructions and the best practices shared by James. This training helped me to find my niche and focus on it. In a nutshell - I really enjoyed, learned much, and absolutely appreciated this challenge. To elaborate a little - In all honesty, I wasn't that much looking forward to it. I knew I had to do it because I lacked the skills and insight to where the course content was headed. I had a preconceived idea it was going to be a half-baked, half-contented programme aimed at getting you hooked to buy into the levelling-up stuff. However, it wasn't. It was an impressively, well put together programme. It was step by step, with incredibly well-presented examples to keep you on track. The advice provided was timely, well articulated, reasoned and with integrity. On my first week, I had a separate call scheduled with Mr James. I respected his integrity and feedback. This greater self-worth naturally lead to greater ambitions. The Teacher-Entrepreneur challenge was very well-structured and informative. James and the support team were very helpful and enthusiastic about meeting and helping new teachers with their businesses. There were some small things that I could not completely agree with, but that did not impair my overall experience.
