I purchased Mrs. Fearnow's stew for a lot of years until her death and the business was sold. So far, no one has been able to make it to taste like the original.
You have too much salt and added tomato puree. I don't remember chicken skin in the stock either. I will say this is as near the original
as I have found. Still needs work!
