Very thorough inspection and great customer service. Lee was prompt in responding to me, and made sure our needs were taken care of! Would definitely recommend to anyone else buying a home!

Called later on a Saturday, intending to leave a voicemail that would get returned Monday morning. Lee answered, took care of my questions, and scheduled me right then. Pretty good customer service just to start with.

Lee and his wife showed up on time, and simply got to work. With both of them working together, the inspection took about 1 1/2 hours. For perspective, we're selling a similar size house. One man working along took almost 3 hours. That time factor is important if you want to be there for the inspection.

Their work, and their report, was comprehensive and very thorough. Lee is also willing to explain what he found; he answered all my questions completely. I really like the summary section at the beginning of the report. Every item is supported by detailed notes deeper in the report, but the summary is very handy for discussion with agent and/or...
