Lee was able to schedule a condo inspection for us within days after requesting. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was willing to chat over the weekend before the inspection to get any concerns we had and addressed then all in his report. I would recommend Blueprint Home Inspections to anyone needing a condo inspection.

Lee and his team were very responsive and supported our need for an inspection with very little notice. He called and followed up throughout the entire process and made sure to clearly articulate any concerns. One of his findings was substantial and we were able to negotiate the cost of the repair with the sellers. Lee has followed up numerous times following the inspection to see if we had any questions and or additional concerns. This is the best and most thorough inspection company I’ve ever hired and will gladly do so again. Exceeded our expectations!
