Blueprint Home Inspection

I am a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in Peachtree City. I was recommended to Blueprint approximately 3 or more years ago. I had worked with so many Home Inspectors who didn't take the time to write reports that were accurate and non-threatening. I recommended Blueprint to some of my buyer clients and I even used them when I put my own house on the market in the Fall of 2017. What I have found to be most appealing with Blueprint is their willingness to work on a tight schedule, their ability to deal with difficult clients, and most of all their ability to legitimately address issues or findings on an inspection with the proper perspective. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and they came out right away. After inspection, I received a detail report with color photos showing me needed and recommended repairs along with the areas of the house that were satisfactory.
The report in my opinion was very Versatile to all the parties involved in reading the report. For example, some people are Visual—the report had pictures. Some people like reading “list order detail” and the report had a list of need repairs, recommended repairs, and satisfactions. Lastly, the report also had short paragraphs, regarding the photos and the list.
At the end of reading the report, I felt like I was an expert on the house I wanted to purchased.
One more thing: the report was easy on the eyes: the fonts and size of the words were perfect....
