Nolan is amazing.... we are getting ready to put our house on the market and needed alot of work done. Researched Facebook and came across Black Diamond Services. Messaged the company and got a response within 15min which is hard to get. He came out to me which is in Waterford CA offering a free quote. I told him I needed windows, showers, and carpet done... after looking around he quoted me and we scheduled an appointment.. he came Wednesday and OMG my windows were so bad hard water never coming off bad and now I can see through them. My shower door had soap scum of over 10years and bam they look almost brand new. My carpets feel amazing and look amazing.. there is so many good things I can say about everything.. but I'll just go with I will always use and recommend Black Diamond Services to anyone and everyone... you wont be disappointed!!!!! I am new to the Central Valley. Bought a home here in Lodi CA. About five years ago. Make a long story short, I have had such bad luck with contractors and projects that have gone bad on every level. When I called Black Diamond to come out and give me a quote to do a post cleanup up after a desaster happened with my new flooring that was put in Nolan came out and his professionalism and knowledge was superior. How he represents his company and staff is impeccable. Great personality and very honest. Anyway, I hired Black Diamond to come clean the carpets in the bedrooms and to clean my tile floors in my kitchen and entry way along with cleaning my dryer vent that goes through my roof.
