Words can not express how thankful I am to the entire Biztek Team. I was given the task to find a new IT company for our business. This can be a very intimidating task, especially if you are like me and don't consider yourself to be very tech Savvy. I can't thank Derek enough for taking the time to meet with me and help explain what they offer and how they could help us based on our needs. Unlike the other companies I had previously met with; he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Our company decided to partner with Biztek a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. We are extremely impressed with not only their knowledge but also their response time! Someone from the team will usually respond within an hour or so to let us know they are working on the problem.
