Place is very sketchy with pricing. These people do not repair computers properly. I also wanted to buy a used computer because I have a knack for upgrading them. The prices they set for these computers are absolutely ridiculous. They charge 200 dollars for a 10 year old computer. Any person with a bit of knowledge and research could build a much better computer than that optiplex 780 for less than 70 bucks using parts found off eBay. Place is a scam. Don't go here. Take the time to learn how to do something yourself and get something fixed for free. Most of the issues on reviews here only require a bit of research and an hour of time to fix. Read more >
