Bits and bytes sold an animal welfare charity a laptop for full price telling us it was functional for our needs. I was told the computer had an Intell centrino class CPU and it contains a core 2 duo cpu. It also has a QUARTER of the ram. I am not computer wise and I have to pay for professional help to know what I am doing. I was in a situation where I needed the computer to carry on a very intricate case far from home. We now own a paperweight of a Laptop that hardly functions beyond what it was used for during the case which was to view SSD cards with footage from trail cams.
