Service was ok. It took about 5 days for them to tell me my hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. I went ahead and did it since it was cheaper than buying a brand new laptop. One of the guys I talked to was really nice and explained the process, he was the one who actually did the work. There was another guy up front who was a bit rude, almost like he didn’t like dealing with customers.
Not sure if they are reasonably priced because I’ve never needed a laptop repaired before. Another downside is when I got home I had to update all my Lenovo drivers for the shortcut keys work, not a big deal but would have been nice if they told me it needed to be done.
