Experience 1:
I am very disappointed with this company. I purchased a $99 dollar refurbished computer at the swap meet in AZ. I know you get what you pay for, but I did expect the computer to stay on and not keep shutting off. After the battery was charged, if you unplugged it, it would drain in 3 minutes and shut off the computer. I spent $35 dollars to ship it back to the company since I was on vac and live in CO. T.J. said, we do not normally fix those kinds of things but we will do it this time for customer service. I received the computer two weeks later and it did the same thing. After much whining he agreed to take the computer back and refund my $99 but I had to pay to ship it back to him. T.J. refused to pay for shipping of my computer even tho he sold me junk!!
