As a small business owner without an IT department, I am totally lost whenever I have issues arise with my computer. Thank goodness I can rely on the excellent diagnostic skills and prompt customer service of Bits n' Bytes. They saved me from a potential catastrophe by diagnosing a bad hard drive before it totally crashed. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs excellent service at a reasonable price.

I am so grateful for the excellent service provided by the Bits n' Bytes team. I took my computer in to try and diagnose the reason for the intermittent error messages and occasional odd behavior that my desktop was having. They discovered that my hard drive had a bad sector, and even though I had been doing backups, the backups were not complete due to the bad hard drive. They replaced the hard drive with a new solid state drive and reinstalled all of my programs and reloaded my data. If this drive had totally crashed it could have been a disaster. I am so glad that I now have an IT team that I can rely on to make sure my system is functioning perfectly!

Anthony did a Fantastic Job flawlessly cleaning-up and restoring my laptop back to better than new after a soda-spill accident. Embarrassingly sorry for dumping the mess on him under an emergency situation, he and other staff members handled the matter with utmost respect saving-the-day at an extremely low cost.

Did a diagnostic for $29. Unfortunately it was not fixable.

I rarely go to a computer store....until there is a disaster on one of my computers. These guys are GREAT! Problem solved quickly and 1st time.

I have purchased 2 - 2nd hand laptops and they transferred all my data including pictures with no losses or problems. I am an older guy with not so extremely much computer knowledge. When my old computer broke down several years ago I bought a used desk top from Bits n' Bytes (at an unbelievably low price) after I met them at their booth at the Signal Butte Flea Market in Mesa. They did install all of the programs that I had on my old computer (for free) and helped me showing me how to set it up. Over the years I have had a number of times where things didn't work as they should and I was always helped. Many times I received free help and advice like nowhere else before. A few months ago it was time to replace the laptop I had bought from them for another used one from them. The computer had caught a number of viruses and I was glad to, again, exchange it at a low price for another good one I can use every day. When I needed help with connecting to my new printer the guys did the programming work...
