Awesome guys. I work from home. When I brought my computer in for repair, I expressed the need to get it back asap. Got a call a couple hours later to come and pick it up, it was ready to go. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

On Monday morning I took my 5 year old laptop into Bits N Bytes on Apache Trail. On Monday afternoon I received a call to tell me that the laptop couldn't be fixed. Tuesday morning I drove to the shop and with Anthony's help, I ordered a replacement. Thursday afternoon I received a call to let me know the new laptop was ready to be picked up. I have to admit that when I got home I was worried if all my files would be loaded. Not only was everything there, but they were able to load a program that was no longer being supported that I desperately needed. Service was great, price was good (a lot cheaper than any store I used before) and turn around time fantastic. Will recommend Bits N Bytes to everyone.

I recommend everyone stay far from this place I purchased an hp g42 laptop around August. It was a steal and they loaded it up to prove it worked. I was on vacation at the time (I am from wisconsin), so when we got back from the shop to our timeshare tried to boot it up. Right away the screen was black and flashing green stripes. I gave them a call and discussed my options with them. They told me I could take it in and with the warranty they'd fix it right up for free. When I told them I was on vacation and was only there another 5 days they said they could not help me. They wouldn't let me return it, nor would they be able to fix it in 5 days. Well I discovered it was a corrupted BIOS, and I restored the bios to before it was corrupted, a very simple fix. But when the screen loaded a message saying there was a runtime error that indicated issues with the hard drive. This company sold...

I don’t even know where to start! Well maybe I will start by saying TJ at Bitz N Bytes is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!! I’ve had my iMac for about 8 years and 2.5 of those years I haven’t used it. The hard drive was bad... I did have it looked at by another company who suggested I donate it. Needless to say that didn’t sit well with me so I held on to and thank goodness I did! I came across TJ and thought I would give him a try..... I’m so glad I did! He was able to put a new hard drive in it for me. I feel like I have brand new computer, it’s faster than ever! Not only was he able to fix my Mac, he is professional, honest, and his prices are reasonable! I could ramble on for days how awesome TJ and his staff are but I don’t want to seem crazy! � Take my word.... if your having issues with your computer do NOT hesitate give these guys a call and tell them I sent you! They definitely deserve more...
