Love this place

This place is great saved my most important computer that had crashed

Ask for TJ or the dad as Anthony and Kenny do not belong in customer service from ignorant disrespectful comments to the fact they hate Apple and will do their best to try to talk you out of buying one in the most rude way. Brought my 8yr old computer to them for a free computer check. They wanted to charge me nearly $320. to switch out hard drive and re-install windows. They quoted me a price of $99. for 2tb hard drive. When Frys electronics sells them for $49..... I went to In Home Computer Rob Star instead they did it for half the cost with no hassles or disrespectful comments. In Home much better friendlier option.

This place provides unbelievable value and fantastic customer service. I think I’ve been here five or six times now and I’ve always left surprised with some really good deal or some surprising information or something that really helped me. I can’t give a strong enough recommendation for the store. Bought a used laptop the other day and it was such a good value I came in for a second one today for my wife.Thank you for your help today TJ!

The service at Bits n Bytes Computers is always a superior service experience. The owners and employees (which is hard to tell the difference because each one truly cares about the business and the customers)!!!
Each one will treat you like family, be honest, go over and beyond in helping you, and continue to make sure your a satisfied customer — not only now but in the future too..... hard to find this level of customer service anymore!!
Hats off to them for still believing in the customer first!!

I had my laptop taken in to get fixed and factory reset. Thought they fixed it that I know of so far they were specificly told not to put a password on the account once it was reset but they did anyways and now I can’t get into my laptop. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re really hurting for money. You get what you pay for.

I went there with some concerns about my Mac laptop and they were able to solve my problems by suggesting some things I could do. Saving me money. Suggestions were exactly what I needed. My laptop is working great again! I also bought a great inexpensive HP printer there that they recommend and I love it! Thanks Bits and Bytes for your honest professional service!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ in my book!!
