So I decided to try this family owned computer store and when I walked in, the staff was very polite they showed me a 2013 Mac laptop which they sold me on. The problem was, when I was going to pay they couldn’t enter my card number it had to be scanned. They said they do not have that technology. Keep in mind I drove pretty far thinking they would, since it is a computer store. None the less I hope they adapt (2019) and improve their technology which would obviously make good business and we know good business means happy customers.

So I called after you replied to my review but never got a call back. Also I am 100% positive that your store is the right store. After you telling me that you guys definitely enter card numbers manually just made everything worse. I can’t believe I was denied and told a lie after driving 1 hour to get to your store.

I found out about this store about a month ago, and now have been back 3 times already. It's an amazing small store with helpful, knowledgeable people. I say small and that's a good thing. You're not in a large store waiting to be helped, or trying to locate an employee, it's one room and that's awesome. The prices and service can't be beat. I will recommend them to anyone I meet.

I really enjoy going to this place. I have been 3 times now, since I found it about a month ago. It's small and quaint, which is needed when working with computers, so you're not lost in a large store or waiting for hours until you can be served. My mom bought a laptop there and you really can't beat the prices for service or products. They are very knowledgeable, nice, considerate, and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Recommended by a friend of mine and as TJ and I were messaging we found out I know his dad, stepmom and many friends . I took my two computers in and TJ was very professional and obviously knew what he is doing. I trust him and will be back and also referring my friends. He was also very patient and cleared up some of the things I had downloaded when I didn't know what I was doing!

Took my custom build in to confirm a problem with my GPU and they were very helpful and allowed me to use one of their testing systems to confirm my problem component. They wouldn't accept my money even though I spent over an hour using their system and knowledge. Awesome place and met every expectation !!!
