Bits n' Bytes Computers

We have been dealing with Bits N’ Bytes for more than six years and have never been dissatisfied with their work. We have had questions answered, laptops fixed and purchased new laptops from them. In Nov of 2024 we purchased a reconditioned laptop form them. When we picked it up everything had been transferred from the old to the new flawlessly, even some hard-to-find programs. We just purchased a second laptop from Bits N’ Bytes in Jan 2025 and had the same results we have always had. Everything was moved perfectly. When we picked it up Jeff took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the new laptop and to make sure all the programs were working. Before we left, we also purchased the one-year maintenance plan for both laptops so we know everything will be like new for some time. I upgraded my PC to a Ryzen 9 5950, B550 MB, and a RX 7900XTX GPU. I had trouble getting the machine to post. It was a PSU issue. They trouble shot my cable management and cleaned up my novice build for me at a reasonable price. I had my rig back within a day or two. Thanks again. Read more >
