I signed up with Bisconti Computers because they are local and I liked that there were options for coverage plans. When I first went there I needed a tune up on my laptop and now it's operating like new again. Since I haven't needed any service since I signed up, I can't speak past that initial visit.

The service was sub par, I had to call there twice . They never reached out to me.
The problem they couldn’t fix my computer wasn’t there fault I just expected better communication.
