I turned my computer on one morning, and my files, e-mails, and ALL of music & playlists were GONE !!!!!! I took it to Jeff at Bisconti, and he said "Hmmm, this is interesting"????. I don't know how he figured it out....but he did!!!!! ALL of music, and other files were recovered. And, so far, no problem. Thanks Jeff, you're a computer wiz for sure.

Could not repair my computer

Came in with the expectation of giving me details on my hard drive. I had already run diagnostics from windows repair. I had a picture of the error message number and product id. Duuhhh a hard drive error. I wanted them to diagnose more than what I had done myself being in IT for 30 years . I stated this up front, here is the error needed for info. and what files I could recover. They were to call me back on Tuesday. to call them. Tech seemed put out that I wanted to know what files I could get off the hard drive. Miscommunication by person booking my laptop and what the tech knew. Well. I got back a printout of 6 nebulous results, none of which had any detail. Either pass or fail. What a ripoff. I gave them more information than they gave me. Never go here or recommend to anyone.

My old MacBookPro was quite ill. They checked it out, offered advice, and made repairs requested lickity split! And, the price was fair.
