I have been doing business with Bisconti for many years and haven't had any negative issues, with the exception of when it costs me a lot of money!! That is, when I've had to purchase a new hard drive, new tower and the like, but that's the way it is these days!! Nothing last forever!! They have always been very patient with me because I am basically computer illiterate and they have always been able to direct me in the right direction to solve my issues!!
